When they are updated, I will do so...as I always do. I put updated to what county for the spreadsheet...I'll add date if that will help.
as to the map....look at the full size map and you will read that the last map update date is right on the map itself.

There's no telling what circulation will do. York, PA has traditionally been a magnet for my bills, but alas, I have not gotten a hit there in months and months. Shoot, In 2011 I can't even get nearby MD & VA counties that are within 25 miles of me. I hang my head in shame that Markus beat me to getting Fairfax, but at least I paid him back by getting VA Beach.
