If you were running this contest at some other site, you would face similar difficulties -- power users and/or power travelers taking all the "easy" counties. "Lucky" hits appearing right next to your door from across the country, "stealing" that county that your bills have shunned for 6 months. It's gonna happen. Heck, Tony has SIX times as many bills entered as you do, and while your hit rate is better than his, it does not make up for the lack of exposure.

The Vancouver Canucks and Miami Heat still get a payout for finishing second.
