Hits in the My Hits report are showing an hour earlier than everywhere else, including the site's All Bills report. I sent a Support Team request in with the details, but wanted to post here, too, in case anyone else sees the discrepancy in their reports.

Now that you mention it, I notice the same. My latest hit says :248 on the bill report and the notification emails, but 1:48 on My Bills. Same for the hit before that, but the hit before *that* has the timestamps match. Those are my 3 hits since the outage.

This is all documented earlier in this thread.

To recap: site was hacked just after 4pm EDT on July 4. Site and all its system, application, and data backups with his service provider were affected. Markus rebuilt the server from scratch and loaded all data from a personal backup he had from March 30. Markus notified us in this thread at 1:56pm EDT on July 5 that he had restored what he was able and we could resume using the site.

Last entry from backup: 03/30/2016 12:03:48 AM
First entry after restore: 07/05/2016 12:18:05 PM

Everything in between was (so far) lost and may not be recoverable.

All new entries. All hits. All new registered users. All first counties/countries. All streaks. All TrackDollar points. All profile updates. All new entry ZIPs. All user note updates. Top 10 lists recognitions. Even Dr. William Stamper's reactivation of his account when he logged in again in June. Everything but the Forums.

I don't have full data from July to share, but here's what we lost:
March 491 entries and 48 hits
April 7,232 entries and 832 hits
May 8,106 entries and 836 hits
June 10,434 entries and 782 hits
July ~102 hits

If you have any dollars entered during that time frame but not yet spent — or any record of serial numbers you entered — you should consider re-entering them now to minimize the number of people trying to hit those bills only to find there's no original entry. Markus has already said that re-entering the bills is fine. If he's able to restore any original entries, it won't create duplicates.

I have entry and hit numbers for everyone more or less in the Top 13 at the site if you're interested in knowing how bad the data loss was for you personally.

I entered a number of bills, about 110 - to bring to Columbus, Ohio...in June. Those I know are gone.

I hate to brag, but I had lost 322 bill entries, so I entered them again. Today I just got my first two hits from that group. Hits I would of lost otherwise.

Marcus has there been any progress in this? Can we retrieve any more of the entries that were lost? I had alot of entries during that tome from zip codes I will likely never visit again. We all lost but we have to remember you lost the most. They were supposer to back up your files,you even paid them to. What did they say too bad so sad?
