Re: Yearlong County Contest
UPDATE NOW IN PROGRESS!! Anything posted beyond here will not be included in the update, it will go in the next update.
P.S. See what I mean about the Tony Express? I have no chance in hell of catching him...I get seven new claims, so he goes and gets TEN!!
A minor tweak to the Weightings...I bumped the weight for Joined earlier than 2010 to 0.98 from 0.95
This affects the weightings of Markus, Tim, and Dave...in a slightly positive way.
Mainly did this for Markus' benefit...as he has other factors dragging him down a bit. again, all in trying to keep this thing competitive.
Although, the handicaps at mid-year will really help that out a bunch...hopefully.
By the way, THERE WILL BE NO HOLDOUTS WHEN THE HANDICAPS ARE PUT IN PLACE.
I expect everyone to make their claims by June 30 to current level.
I will look to see if any claims were held back, and handicap WILL BE CALCULATED according to what COULD have been claimed...rather than what actually has been claimed...so holding out won't help you!

Re: Yearlong County Contest
I planted this seed 10 months ago, just to see it sprout into James City County, VA.
The "city" named after King James, but designated as a "county" by the Commonwealth of VA.
