You're spot on. You showed a 1.24 Track Point increase (rounded) at the end of 2017.

As for the 20 hit limit on the other site, the number of additional hits allowed per year has been increased from 2 to 10 - http://forums.wheresgeorge.com/showthread.php?215814
You have to pay to get those hits, and unless you get those all in one month, it's going to cost you a lot. Frankly, you'd be a lot better off following rjd's lead and mail dollars to random people telling them to enter them. It would be a much cheaper way to get 10 hits.

I got 2 hits in a row (relevant here is no bills entered inbetween) and noticed the score difference in the emails was 1.24

On January 1st, Hank adjusts the limit for original entrants who have FoG, so it doesn't matter whether the hitter does, or whether someone pays him year round.
This thread explains the policy further:

I understand a lot of TrackDollar users have problems with Hank, why they're here instead, but not me.

If you've got people who have already hit 20 of your bills and you want more, and you want to pay the man to get 'em, I've got no problem with that.

Re: TrackPoints formula confusion
There are two reasons I can think of why I have a high hit rate, maybe three?
1. I EMS only ones. Even fives do not perform well for me, so I'm all about the george.
2. I mark both sides and don't stealth any. Stealthing seems like a waste of time to me. No hits
3. Not a lot of others here entering bills, so interest here is relatively high. People must think its from some far away place, enter it and Oh, its from down the street.
