Did something change with Trackpoints?

Lately, the number of points I generate have been very consistent at 3.33 points per hit. Last night I got a second hit on a bill and got credited with 6.67. It is as if I got credit for the previous hit even though it happened almost 2 years ago.

Anybody else experience this or something like it?

I'm also wondering if, perhaps, it got hit twice in quick succession, affecting my score, but not registering one of the two quick hits.
