I happened to have some Twos on hand and entered them. The pull down by series showed almost EVERY series.

Twos, as you may know, are only commonly found in the following series: 1976, 1995, 2003 an 2003A.

I would recommend dis-allowing entry of 1963 and 1963A Twos. Any that are circulating are probably NOT collection worthy. However, most of the public are not even aware Twos are circulating at all,much less these early series.

I would also like to acknowledge the developer. When I entered a "GF---A" Twenty, the data entry screen correctly identified it as series 2004A without me having to change the series myself.

The Entry Routine will recognize the Series on most of the series on $5,$10,$20,$50,$100 after 1990.

What about getting the County Name into the report of each hit? No rush, especially since I have not even spent the cash with TrackDollar on it.

It would be nice to know the typical days between hits.

I see that you caught that there is no "O" (oh) block letter, there is also no "Z".

The "O" looks too much like a zero and there seems to be no reason why the Fed does not use "Z" (They did with Silver Certificates in the 1950's)

yes, since finally more serious user are on thie site, i am going to add two things:
one will be the database total (will probably show up in the menu pane on the left)
amount of bills in system
total $ of bills in system

and 2nd a site wide report with averages like
bills per user
hits per user
speed of bill

also top 25 bills report for
amount of hits
longest distance
longest sleeper
fastest hit

if you have more ideas for the TOP 25 or Average Report please let me know.
I am going to develop these new features probably during the next 5 days.

Got another idea. How about in the "my bill summary", a list of ZIP codes that have been entered in and make it sortable by ZIP code, city, or county? Also, for those who do not want all the stat information, maybe a way to switch them off/on?

Of course, that particular text sting might make some think of the wrong thing ....

So, perhaps "$tracked$" would be better.

a new version is up.

The Bill Summary report will show a ZIP Report now. I limited the Site Wide Report to at least 5 entered Bills or the list will be endless.

The Hit # will work as follows, since there can be more than one hit number on one bill:

if the end of your remark is Hit# the system will add the Hit Numbers to the remark of your bill whenever the hit is entered. This is from today on. Bills with older hits wont have this feature.

the server got restarted while you were entering bills. 1and1 said that this was the last reset of their system for today.

I did a refresh from logfile on the database. All the entries and counters are back online.

How hard would it be for you to remove the "0' (zero) labels from the various graphs? (FRB, Block, Month, Denom and Hits)

This would be especially helpful in the Blockletter graph.

Shouldn't the Summary Report Bill report - ZIP Code be sorted highest to lowest by Zip Code?

What do you think about making this into the 25 or 50 most popular Zips instead of those Zips with 5 or more entries?

The labels,
yes that was bothering me too. However, if I cancel only the ZERO labels, then whenever you have one or more hits still the label will show up too close to the next label. I will check during the weekend if i can make the labels smaller, or perhaps get rid of the labels completely, at least for the BlockLetter Graph.

The hit emails:
Yes, that is a nice idea. Problem right now, i am sending in PLAIN TEXT format. I will have to change the format to HTML. Also it looks like TrackDollar.com has some trouble with SPAM filter. If you check the userlist, there are some users who had a hit, but never came back to LOGIN and check the hit or the website again. It might be they never received the hit notification. Some email clients put an email on NOT SAVE in the moment where a WEB LINK is included. And of course there is a link to the bill in a hit notification.

If you have a nice idea for the hit notification layout feel free to email it to me

On the Bill Summary Report there will be a Personal and Site-Wide Summary by Marking Method.
After a while we should be able to see which Marking Method has the best Hit Result.

What Marking Method should I put into the option menu, so far I think:
OPTION A (what kind of marking style):
1=handwritten
2=printer
3=round stamp seal
4=state stamp
?

?

OPTION B (place of marking style):
1=FRONT
2=BACK
3=BOTH

I will have 12 different colors, one for each month. Eventually, I might even have 31 different personalized stamps to add to the mix, one for each day. I guess if you do it general and try not to personalize it too much, this will work and not drive you nuts! I know I will have 2 different greens, a couple of blues, a brown, maybe even a yellow. If kept general, I can always pick green for either one...

Looks like the user note maybe being truncated? I have entered 5 notes and they all lost their entry # and the hit# placer.

yes there was a size limit of 250 chars on the remark.

I changed the length to 512 in the newest version.

Should be enough for a long text PLUS 15 HITS on the hit counter.
