You can setup your marking style in "Edit Profile", also there is a link to change the marking style of already entered bill. So if you remember the date you started to use a stamp instead of hand written you can define it there by defining FROM DATE and THRU DATE for each different marking method.

New Reports in the Bill Summary (Personal and Site Wide) will help you to decide what stamp or color brings the highest amount of Hits.
