not getting hit notification emails

I haven't gotten any hit notification emails in ages
I notice from looking at My Bills/My Hits, I have gotten a few hits in the past couple weeks.

The emails are not in my spam folder, so the obvious thing to check is not the answer

When I get hit notifications, I open the link then usually delete the email. There are no TD emails in trash either.

My spam and trash are automatically emptied after 30 days so the problem has been going on for at least that long

I, also, haven't been getting hit notification email. I learn about my hits by way of the "My Reports / My Hits" screen.

I am missing mine too. Never noticed. I look for hits here on the site.

I also have not been getting them.

The email is working for me
I got hits on the 19th and the 21st, got emails on both.

I am afraid that the site loses traffic from technical glitches, not getting a chance to catch new users in addition to irritating the established users

sometimes a small thing (like running a bill lookup on something already entered) is a clue to a bigger technical problem
