got someone else's TD marked bill in circulation Wednesday the 3rd, could hardly believe it.
from kenstel in Port Charlotte, FL (which is on the Gulf coast of south Florida, and he's the site's new top user)

only the 19th I've ever hit, and only the 2nd from circulation (found one of Electric Red's $20s a couple days after I started in this site about 7 1/2 years ago - http://www.trackdollar.com/report.htm?url=BH0C974C46AEB1C2596B19E6063D2D347B5B828C67, did a few mail trades, the last of which was just over 5 years ago)

Congrats. Never happens to me. the TD members who hit my bills all seem to be ones who sign up when they find my bill
All have one bill entered on that name.
