Spend then enter during outages

So the site is down again.

During outages, I sometimes spend bills then enter them. (I keep a list of serial numbers.)

This is so I don't tie up the dollar value until the site's back up again and don't commit the offense of circulating unentered bills.

If I can't get on to enter them, people can't get on to hit them, so no wild and crazy bills. The chance of the hitter getting on before I notice the site's back up seems very low.

Sometimes I circulate a bill I've already entered, or WG-mark or stealth a new bill instead of TD-mark it. However, I may have more I want to circualte than can be dealt with that way.

I know this site isn't big on EMS like WG is, so I figure this is OK. (WG is still up, so I enter on there like usual, so it wouldn't be a problem there)

As far as I know, there's not really ANY rules on this site.

I still think some stuff is prudent such as avoiding wild and crazy's.

Also, I figured that other TrackDollar users might find this useful as a way to deal with site outages.

I'd rather deal with the cause of the outages, myself.
