No I didn't. Just posted there now.

In retrospect, I'm not surprised to get a hit there relatively soon. A lot of Latinos in the Rochester area are Puerto Ricans; maybe this bill went with one of them on a trip.

Likewise, with the part of the US I'm in, Niagara Falls, Toronto or maybe Montreal would be likely for my 1st foreign hit.
