L for 2006 blockletter bingo

$1 2006 FL hit

I now have hits on all Series 2006 blockletters including star. L had been the only one left for awhile.

However, I already had an FL hit (a 2009 $1) and I still don't have a BL hit, which is likely to come on a 2006 $1.

2006 only went up to T, and U is the only higher block I have a hit on.
