Unable to enter bills Empty Unable to enter bills

Am receiving the "Access violation at address 0042A068 in module 'httpserver.exe'. Read of address 00000011.

This happens today/this evening/night whenever I try to enter bills or report this to support.

Is this a periodic problem that I should just be patient about? A server problem? Just curious.

My answer to this multiple choice question is "yes".

Yes, there seems to be issues with the server.
Yes, there seems to be problems with getting the correct page from the server.
Yes, there may be something going on closer to your end.

Not helpfull, but all of these things happen to the rest of us, too.

I had the same thing happen while I was traveling and using the smart phone to enter bills yesterday. I found a trick to it. If I would get that access message, I would use the back arrow and hit submit again. It generally worked. If I got the message a second time, I would hit the enter a bill link, it copies the information over, so I would hit the submit button again and it would work. All the fun... Very Happy
