Site wide bill summery

Hey, anyone else having trouble loading the bill summery page? I can't seem to get it to come up.

O.K. so it not just me. It was nice to track the site progress I'm sure eventually it will be back up.

Nope. Still not coming up in either Safari or Firefox.
