Alabama (AL), Delaware (DE), New Hampshire (NH), Rhode Island (RI), Vermont (VT), American Samoa (AS), Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI)

Bills that appear to be traded will be disqualified.

If no one can claim the prize, whoever gets the most International hits will win the prize.

Darrel's hit in Ecuador on Sept 1, fits the second half of this contest.

Funny you say that. I just finished an email to Markus asking him to check. We have some angry Georgers here in the Valley of the Sun, making up false locations on hits, leaving nasty bill notes, marking out the TD stamp and bill serial number, and they burned some of Dave's bills that they got. Somebody is taking this way too seriously.
