July Contest

Going to go with this one ... Most 1,000+ Mile Travelers in a Month.

Any bill that is hit that travels over 1,000 miles qualifies. Typical $ 10 pay-off.

This does not include bills that get a 2nd hit (or higher) in July which brings the Total Miles over 1,000. However, if that 2nd (or higher) hit has over 1,000 miles on it or if a bill gets hit multiple times in July with over 1,000 Total miles on those hits.

I will be excluding traded bills between the most active users.

There will be no updates to this thread July 4 - 10.

Darrel's bill traveled 1,539 miles from Arizona to Michagan.

From July 2, just one bill qualifies and it's Darrel again ... travelling 3,044 miles from AZ to Nome, AK.

July 5 - Tony & Sara reel in Asheville, NC -- 1,676 miles away.
July 5 - joemac gets Austin, TX -- 1,205 miles away.

July 7 - no hits over 1,000 miles that were not traded bills.

July 8 - Darrel gets a 2nd hit with a total over 1,000, but the 07/08 portion is less than 1,000 miles.
July 8 - dctim gets a 2nd hit with a total over 1,000, but the "non-traded" part is Zero miles.

July 9 - dctim gets a 3rd hit with a total over 1,000, but the 07/09 portion is Zero miles.

July 10 - Diamondback Dave gets a 3rd hit with a total over 1,000, but the the "non-traded" part less than 1,000 miles.

July 11 - no hits over 1,000 miles that were not traded bills.

July 12 - Darrel collects Upper Sandusky, OH -- 1,635 miles away.

Tony & Sara start off with a hit in Eureka, MO -- 1,239 miles
Darrel gets a couple more $ 2 bill hits from AlphaTim in Atlanta -- they look like further trades -- again, correct me if I am wrong.

July 31 --

Darrel picks up Abingdon, IL -- 1,273 miles to estend his lead.
Markus has a cool looking two-hitter - from Texas to Washington DC to Heyworth, IL -- unfortunately the second hit didn't travel over 1,000 miles
Tony & Sara grab Columbus, OH -- 1,667 miles
Last (and First in the contest), Darrel ends up near Detriot in Southfield, MI -- 1,657 miles.
