Get more hits over 200 miles away than in my own county

This just proves the greater the population the greater your chance of getting a bill hit. I get this hit today in Cook county IL over 200 miles away and in another state. Major metropolitan areas are often bill magnets.

The best part is from there the bill can go anywhere
There is a county not far from here, I never have had a hit there ever, not TD or WG, the population is quite small as I understand. Too bad.
We visited Hawaii once years ago, spent like 300 marked bills there, had a hit in every known county, then HI had to go add one. Never got a hit in that one.
