2 messages about bill report corrections not answered
I've sent a couple support team messages about bill report corrections that haven't been applied after a few days
http://www.trackdollar.com/report.htm?url=BH49D97E01EBF4861E2F57D1277868703B1EC7D922
Ended up marking differently from what I selected at entering, also the 2 bills with serials immediately after it

Duplicate hit (2nd hit with the same place and time)

I suspect you're not going to get action on these items. Around here, I don't sense that there's a desire to spend unnecessary hours on perfecting everything. In your first case, I've been told errors I've made in entries can be corrected by myself by deleting the original entry within a day.
In your second case, that's actually how the system seems to be designed to operate. I frequently get one of those 00:00:00 second entries. I don't know the algorithm behind it, but if a subsequent hit is too much like the original - even if it comes a day later - it will adjust the hit entry time. If you ever see a previous day's hit count adjusted, that's probably what happened.
I have eliminated requests to correct small matters. I just chalk it up to this being a more laid-back tracking site, which in and of itself is generally a good thing.

Yeah, within a day or two you can delete a bill and re-enter it, and I often fix mistakes that way. But I changed the markings on those bills, without realizing what I had originally selected, well after that timeframe. I was afraid I'd have to suck it up with the slight inaccuracy in marking statistics.
As for the duplicate hit, I hadn't heard that was a feature not a bug, so to speak. So thanks for the information. The hit notification emails came nearly 2 hours apart, so maybe it was a legitimate quick hit that the system misinterpreted. I assumed it was a fake hit and I need to manually adjust statistics until it was fixed.
Happens all the time at work, I see minor mistakes that aren't worth the trouble of fixing.
