I don't get hit notices any more

Hi. I have a new email address. I set it in the main TD site. I pressed register/signup, put the new email address in, pressed save, no hit notices now. I don't know what I did wrong.

From your main page, hover over "My Reports" and select "Edit Profile"

Enter your new email address in there.

What you probably just did was create an entire new user account.

No, I just now did an edit profile and I see my new email address in there. It seems to have it.

Hummmm....and are you getting hit that are not coming thru on email?

If so, the new email address could be locking it or sending it to spam....

OR...you really COULD be not getting notices, it has happened to me a few times before.

I'd check your spam folder, and, if no soap, I'd submit a help request to Markus.

The best way to submit something like this is to use the Help / Forum -- Support Team on-screen email tool.

It is fixed! I got a hit notice just now. I made a typo in my email address. All fixed. Thanks!!!
