Just Added PR, VI and DC To My Profile

Some time ago, I made the auto-fill maps for Markus on the 38 States that were not originally programmed into TrackDollar, and Markus added them in. I also created for Markus maps for PR, VI, and DC Zips, but he has never chosen to add them into our profiles.

So I manually added them into my own profile.

I suspect Markus did not add these ones because zps are not counties...and with PR and VI there is always the problem of getting an International Zip entered, which causes the hit to come up International, and the correct area to not color in.

But I decided I wanted these maps in my profile, if if I must manually mantain these three, instead of having the as auto-fill maps.

So I added them.
