Since it's already stamped with WG, yes, I would add TrackDollar. If it were unstamped, I would keep it.

Like those who commented on the linked forum, I question how real this bill is. If bank tellers are hoarding straps of stars (and they are), then any teller worth their salt would know a solid is valuable, as well.

If this bill was stamped and I got it, I would hold onto it. When I find something worth a decent amount above face value, it gets retired into my collection.
