One Less "county" in VA

This is not "breaking" news, but I just learned it.
The "Independent City" of Bedford, VA reclassified as a Town and part of Bedford county as of July 1, 2013.
I'm guessing that a hit in Zip Code 24253 will still register as "Bedford City" here in TrackDollar

Shall have to adjust the County Challenge, I guess.
So now VA has 133 possible.

I see no immediate reason to monkey with VA. It's not like any of us are going to get near 75 % counties hit anytime soon.
There are Zero bills entered in that Zip here on TD.
