Hit #12 - 1st E FRB

It was hit by a guest - all my TD hits have been from established users or guests; I wanted to recruit some newbies.
Already had hits on $1, 2006 and/or block F, but E FRB of any sort is something new. It's going to be funny when I get a hit that's not the first in a category.
My WG hits #5 and #7 were duplicates, but they were multihitters on the bills that gave me hits #3 and #4 respectively. First duplicate on a singlehitter was #23.

It will be some time, I imangine, before you get a hit on a bill that is not the first something. Depending on just how many categories you have..
New FRB, New Block Letter, New State, New County, New City, New Denomination, New Series - just to name a few of the categories most people count.
