We are counting Puerto Rico as a "State", not a country - in spite of the International Hits that can come from there.

I'm torn on that point. PR is NOT a state.
I did put PR in my list above of 42. For now we count it, later, this may change.

You note Virgin Islands is also there. Same status as PR.
