Cooperative County Challenge - May 2013 Hits

Welcome to the 2013 Version of our County Challenge.

This year, there will be a few changes:
1. All Counties hit in 2012's Contest - but not yet on 2013...will be colored white, Counties never hit in Contest will be gray. When a white County is hit in 2013, it will be re-colored to it's correct month color.

2. The Spreadsheet will also show dates of hits for 2012, so that one can compare for Counties that also get hit in 2013.

As with last year, there will be no individual stats, no prizes, no winners, no losers, no entry fee - contest is open to all who wish to participate - however the individual must choose to participate. You can't post up other people's hits - if you do so...and the person whose hits they are, posts to authorize this, that will be okay. but the person to whim the hits belong MUST at least post to authorize this.

As with last year, we will attempt to fill in as many Counties as possible. In 2012, we managed 948 Counties, let's see if we can beat that!!
We got State Bingos in Delware, Arizona, and New Jersey last year!

As was the case last year, you MUST provide a link to the Bill Report URL for a claim to be verified. Just posting the County itself is not sufficient.

After the white Counties (2012 hits) are hit in 2013, they will be colored according to their month.
We have achieved over 14.3% county coverage so far!! We managed 948 Counties last year!! Let's beat that in 2013!!
We have hit 116 Counties that were unhit last year. We have hit all 50 States plus DC + PR.
We have managed our second State Bingo this year - ARIZONA With 464 counties to date, we are averaging about 103 per month!

EditGrid has been a beast for the last few days. I had to go to Site-Wide / Achievements / Zip Codes & Cities by Year 2013 to find out that, New Hanover, NC, had not yet been hit.

Well, you can also look at the actual map, and then a map of the state, and try to figure it that way. I had to do it a few times, too. EditGrid must be deploying and trying new "updates" They get that way every so often.

But there is not any other site I even know of that would afford the ability for anyone to look at it...at any time they wish to.

Zebulon, Wake County, North Carolina

Although, technically, where I am looking, I will not be in Wake County. I'll most likely be in Franklin County...or secondly...possibly Johnston County.
Zebulon is all one zip but covers parts of Wake, Nash, Franklin, and Johnston counties in North Carolina. and is right next door to Lizard Lick, NC - which uses Wendell's zip code. (and that's WinDELL, not WENdell)

Update In Progress!!
OK, Spreadsheet is now updated.
We got 24 Counties in this update, 8 of them brand-new Counties.

I incorrectly posted up for Wake County, NC - which was previously hit. so I did not count it in the above count of 24 Counties.
