Zip Code Loopup Tool

Here is a decent tool for looking up Zip Codes by City and State. This has been helpful to me in categorizing my Washington, DC hits.

Here is a zip code boundary MAP that comes in handy for me when picking up bills while traveling. As you zoom in, the boundaries start to appear.

But I just found something better on that page!!
This guy does coding in VB...I have just started TRYING to learn VB and OOP is driving me absolutely batshit...I have gotten further than I thought I might...but I'm getting stuck...and I'm almost to a point where I am ready to PAY someone to finish what I started...maybe I just might see what this guy has in mind...that is if my one friend continues to not return phone calls for help!!

I have seem that tool, also. I like the idea of it, but between the pop-up advertising that appears ON the map and the fact that the window is both small AND a poor size choice for my uses, keeps me away from using it.
