I guess you are. We really need to have something on the bill entry page that says t writing / stamping trackdollar.com on bills is not defacing them.

what's funny about it is that there is NO "O" Block Letter.
Also, that it is an Initial Entry by a Guest...meaning there would be no way to notify this person when the bill was once again hit (which it won't be, since there's no "O" block letter.)

Ohhh.. Ok. Sounds like something that may need to be fixed - input validation that makes sure only valid blockletters are entered.

There is also a "Z" block bill entered. It's from the same Zip Code as the "O" with a similar date/time stamp. I'm guessing that someone with an axe to grind put them both in. I asked Markus to remove both bills, but he has not gotten to that yet.

I also asked him to move the Virgin Island and Puerto Rico hits out of International and into "State" since the cities on those hits are all USA ones. This seems a higher priority than the silly "O" and "Z" bills.

Should also move Palau, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, and Federated States of Micronesia - out of International - those are all US Territories.
