laptops and zip codes

Does any one else use there laptop to enter bills. I plan on entering bills as close to the time of spending. I living in one zip code and work in another. Also for work I will be traveling around the area. The result is that I will be entering bills in many surrounding zip codes as I travel around.

I normally enter all my bills from home, because that's also where I stamp them. You should enter the bills wherever your butt happens to be planted at the time you're entering them, basically.

I have some bills, however, entered from Key West, FL....from when I was on vacation.

I do not go out of my way to try and collect new zip codes to have entered from...what WG calls "zip-tripping."

For my Key West bills...I did it that way, because I had basically saved up all the bills I accumulated while in Florida....and then entered them all while I was in Key West...then brought THOSE back to PA with me to spend up here - to increase my bill travel miles - and since the bills HAD been acquired in Florida, it made sense.

I also enter bills wherever I happen to be. My primary Zips are home and work, but I have also entered from vacation/travel stops and my mom's house.

There are those that try to enter from every Zip they can get to. If this works for you, great. If not, that's okay, too.

If I had a fancy-dancy cell phone and minutes to spare, I would be doing a lot more Zip Tripping.

I enter bills all over the place. A user at another site coined the phrase "Zip Tripping". I use to drive semi's across the country and was heavily into the ZIP tripping thing, but now I just hit them when I travel, usually on the way to eastern AZ/western NM. I have over 300 ZIP's in my possesion at this time in a good majority of the 48 states.
