New state maps

Hi Markus,

I'm getting quite a few hits in UT, ID, and OR. I was hoping you'd be able to add those states to our profiles.

I would like to ask for CT -- where I just got my second hit

While you are in the Northeast, MA, RI, NH and VT are pretty small!

Also, if you could put the states in some kind of order (by State name or State abbr or number of hits in a State), that would be helpful

Folks, I've had requests in for IL and KY long before yours!

Now, KY could be put off for a bit since I don't yet have hits there, but I want Illinois!!
IT'S MY BIRTH STATE, AND I HAVE HITS THERE NOW!!
