After Deleting a bill... Empty After Deleting a bill...

My total bill entries don't seem to change. I've had to delete 2 misentered bills so far, so I think my total entered should be only 50.

the userlist counter did ignore deleted bills.

i am fixing it right now and will update the website within 30 minutes.
