New Version with AZ County and Profile JPG support

Hi,

a new Version is up.

Arizona Special County map is now supported. Was easy to add, only 15 Counties :-)

Also, for your user profile you can upload now one personal JPG file to show on your profile.
Only JPG format is supported and the size is limited to 2 MB per User.

With this function you can upload a personal map or any other image. (please PG13 )
You will find the upload function in the EDIT PROFILE menu.
