Would help if ya knew what language it even was...heck, it could be more than one language.

Off the top, to me it looks like Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.

I'm guessing it is basically Spanish with whatever other influences have taken place in Puerto Rico.

Garcia won re-election as Governor in 2012. Anabil was the Governor a few terms ago.

What I can't tell from the graffiti is does the writer support or oppose Anabil's "colonialism"? Is the writer equating Garcia's policies with Anabil's or drawing some difference?

<shrugs>

In any case, there is some political statement here that is lost on me. I'm also the guy who got "D"s in Spanish in high school, so I am especially unqualified.

I'm thinking it might be Esperanto, let me see if I can get a translation.

Got my first "Cuomo Must Go! Your Vote Counts" bill. Red ink 2-line stamped on the back.

The pro 2nd Amendment folks in NY State were not too happy with their Governor back 2014 and used the awesome power of tattooing money.

Writing and stamping on bills? What are they thinking? Razz

I see those fairly often. Once on an H star - I was not amused. I've also seen gun nuts make similar comments off money.

The SAFE Act is a January 2013 gun control law, passed after Sandy Hook (and the West Webster firefighter shooting) in December 2012. Gun nuts are opposed to it on principle, and some details may have been screwed up when rushing to pass something.

I'm pretty sure the "principle" to which you refer has something to do with the phrase "shall not be infringed."

Kind of like the previous one that starts out with "Congress shall make no law…," another phrase which seems to matter not to some (most notably some people in Congress).

They should have stopped at "Congress shall make no law" Period. LOL.

As to guns...my attitude is...fine, you can have all the guns you want under the Constitution. The Constitution does NOT guarantee the right to BULLETS.
