Found a hit of mine not on my MY HITS list

Is not in my my hits list. I never got an email about it. It was hit on 2/27/14

The way I found it was going to MY BILLS and sorted by DISTANCE DESC.

I just now saw the hit number for this is 0. It was hit, how can this be 0? I'm missing something

I have missed email notifications on occasion. It is rare.

Me, I'd just chalk up the hit and not worry about it much.

If I am going a unusual amount of time without a hit notification email, I've been known to pull up the My Hits thing to check...and I have discovered some that way, too...hits that I never got emailed on.

I am unsure why this happens from time to time.

I have the answer for you, Jack.

That list you just posted up is MY BILLS....not MY HITS.
Look in the upper-left corner...

By the way, you CAN change the filters...where it says Hits>= 0
You can change that to 1 and see only bills that have gotten at least one hit....or at least 2 hits, or any number you want.

You could also filter just to see one specific FRB or Block letter.

Can you see the 0 inside the big black box there? Its the MY BILLS report.
0 means no hits.
It has a hit!

Now that IS weird.

The "last update" time even still shows your time of Initial Entry.

Seriously, you should send a note to Markus. Directly.
You can do that off the main TD page.

He does this all alone, he does not have a "Team Aqua" to back him up, and he does work, so sometimes he takes a few days to get to something, but he always does!

Ok, I don't know him, I go to send a PM set it to search for Marcus, it didn't find him.

I will take care of notifying Markus for you.

First, here is how I did my investigation and how best to notify Markus:

• I went to "Site Wide/All Bills" and put your zip code from your post above in Zip Filter.
  
• I went down to Page 11 to find Bill Entry # 124 and right-clicked the link into a new tab.
  
• I then went to the home page and to "Help/Forum & Support Team"
  
• I wrote a note to Markus and copied and pasted the URL of the bill along with my note.
  

Like K said, give it a few days and Markus will get it corrected for you.

Ok, thank you, dctim. I'm not in a hurry. Next time I'll try the HELP/FORUM, SUPPORT TEAM way to email someone.

Told ya Markus is a good man...he'd take care of it.

Glad it got resolved.

Now you know how to contact him in the future if you need anything.

Markus always does respond, but it sometimes takes him a few days, since he does this all alone, and does not have a Team Aqua to back him up.

Well, I DID say you could do it off the main page.  I'm sorry, perhaps I should have been clearer.

From the main TD page...
Hover over "Help/Forum" as you would to get to the Forum in the fist place...but instead click the second link down "Contact Support"

That takes you to a form you can fill out.

As tim mentions above, also...it is helpful to copy and paste the bill URL into any message you send Markus, so that he can easily find and address the problem.
