So far, TrackDollar has given me credit for Three: DC, Richmond and Annapolis.
I was wondering if the TrackDollar Zip code data could be tweaked to only allow State Capitol hits on Zip codes within the city limits of the the various Capitols.
Neither my Richmond or Annapolis hits are actually within their city limits. DC "Capitol" can be debated forever
