Congrats, What took so long for Illinois? It is right on a truckers route. (I have a theory that truckers move bills around more than anyone and it is probably right)

I'm baffled myself!!! In Jackson, I-94 is the main freeway that also links Detroit & Chicago. It also links the state and the U.S. to the busiest U.S.-Canada border crossing between the 2 countries.

I live along I-80...and I still can't manage Illinois...which is particularly bothersome for me, since I was BORN in Illinois!
