TrackDollar data helps university research

Hello,

a professor from the Georgetown university approached me and asked if it is okay to use TD travel pattern data for a longer research project.
Well it is a nerdy hobby and what's better than supporting science.
So I forwarded hit data and longitude latitude location data to the university this morning. Of course I did not forward any user data.
It will be a longer project, but they promised to contact me when done.
I will make a link to the science paper public in this thread when it is finished.

I've heard of this with WG data - used as a proxy for human movement for stuff like the spread of disease. Maybe that's it. Glad TD apparently has enough data.
