At an average of 51 mph, it seems unlikely. The user probably put in their "home" zip as opposed to the zip where they were at the time of re-entry.

51 mph doesn't really give you a bathroom break if you are traveling by car, much less a gas refill. Of course, with an Air Force base, perhaps they were not traveling by car!
