Debate this: change the "Fastest Hit" calc?

I got these hits today. I'm pretty sure the early one is a direct hit at the mini-golf place my son wanted to try. The second got to it's location less than half a day later.

Since it took 4 days for this bill to make its way out of my wallet, the first hit would not break into my personal Top Ten Fastest. But the second hit? Heck, at 11 Hours 20 Minutes it would normally jump into 3rd place overall in my Fastest category. Well, except for that initial first 4 days which count in the fastest calculation.

So, should a second, third, fourth (etc.) hit count on its own in the Fastest category? If so, how might you suggest the chart get changed to accommodate which particular hit of the series is the fastest.

As an aside, I would like the Site Wide Top Ten lists to only include those who have profiles (even if their 365 day activity window has expired).

I have no preference.
