Access Violation??

Is the site down? Access Violation is all I get.

Incidentally, we should work on getting something that, when our site goes down for a bit, we have a nice pretty screen that says we are down for a while, try back...because otherwise it might turn off newbies who maybe might think we don't exist anymore.

I know WG? has a pretty screen like this, so I know it can be done.

Please, Markus, HELP! It's a VERY slow night at work. I need to enter a bill before I crack up and lose it. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!

No offense Kalisiin but post a complaint for any little thing that goes bad might turn newbies away. It is best handled with a private message. All these post makes the site look real buggy. I mean sure post whatever you want but I am just saying it looks bad. Could you made make some more optimistic post at least to kind of even things out? Trackdollar is the best site around. I can hardly stand entering wilds at WG anymore. I do it to give the person a hit but man do you have to jump though hoops now. I hate it. I can't understand why someone would make it a more drawn out process? Also why someone would use that as their main site anymore if they know this one exist. I'm going to stick to this site for the most part so long as it exist, it has not jumped the shark.

That's why a pretty page that says "Site Temporarily Down" would be a good thing. We wouldn't have to freak out thinking the site was gone.

I agree with you about TD being the best site around...but Markus really should recruit a little help in case HE can't get to something right away. I am even willing to be that person. The one thing you can say for WG? is that they have a whole TEAM...we have just Markus...and he has a life outside of TD. I think he could use some help, and I'm offering.

I was able to contact him alright. I don't know maybe try keeping his e-mail handy.
