South Carolina and Hawaii makes 31 states

Got a hit in Hawaii early this morning (late last night Hawaii time).

Figured that was a new state, and it was.

When looking it up, I noticed I picked up South Carolina a couple weeks ago.

This leaves AL,AK,AR,DE,ID,IN,IA,KS,MN,MO,MT,NE,NV,NM,ND,RI,SD,VT,WY. I also have PR and DC, Ontario in Canada, and Hungary and Aruba for other countries.

I'm a bit surprised that none of your bills have been found in some of those places. Of course, a few of those are low population (VT, RI) and a few are a ways off from you, but is Delaware really that tough from Rochester?
