My Mom Is In The Hospital

She is also a Tracker here, her name is YellowRose.

She's making this an Easter tradition, it seems, since she was in the hospital for last Easter, too.

This time, she got a kidney stone.

Yowser. Kidney Stone is definitely not fun. Best wishes to her.

Talked to her today, she is feeling a little better - still on liquid diet and has not yet seen the Urologist...who will determine if she can pass the stone on her own, or if surgery or ultrasound is needed to break it up. I imagine she will be in the hospital probably till at least Thursday.

Meanwhile, I'm gonna be virtually stranded here at the house, because my car has to go in for some recall work and a neighbor is taking me down there so I can get back home...but then...my mom's car is all that's here, and it's a stick, which I can't drive.

Fun fun fun.

At least I do not have to worry about going to work or anything like that...since I work from home most of the time anyway...and my doctor client is currently on vacation anyway.
